Tiny Roots was a concept for several years while we decided feasibility, started building out the backend of the business, and at the same time, finished building the first tiny home, which has become the prototype for future builds.
We are passionate about building, developing, and redefining home living while designing and building tiny homes crafted with precision and quality. With over a decade of hands-on experience as an electrician, estimator, and project manager, Haley brings technical expertise and practical experience to every build. Emily brings to the table her MBA and extensive business management background, as well as the successful launch of her remodeling company in 2020.
Emily and Haley are a powerful blend of trade expertise and business acumen to an industry which isn’t just trending — it’s transforming how we think about housing. From a lack of skilled labor, lack of women in the trades, and challenges in finding affordable housing, we are on a small mission to build, educate, and offer solutions for a new and modernized way of living.
